About the event
Discover the beauty of slow stitching in this beginner-friendly 3-hour workshop inspired by the Japanese tradition of Boro and appreciation of the imperfect and handmade. Using simple hand-stitching techniques and creatively layered fabric scraps, students will create a unique miniature pouch perfect for glasses, coins, pencils, or treasured small objects. This class celebrates resourcefulness, texture, and the quiet beauty of giving old fabrics new life. No sewing experience necessary. Instructor will supply the tools and materials for students.
