Amida Eto is an African Contemporary Dance Instructor. She runs African Aerobics Dance classes in Edmonton. The Classes are all about celebrating life and health. They help participants to develop strength through effective warm-up, toning, and stretching by using energetic African dance movements such as Odi dance, Gwara Gwara, Ndombolo, coupe decale, and many more. It is an exhilarating and unique cultural experience that will make you feel energized and alive while helping release stress and strengthen your body and mind. No dancing experience is required to enjoy her classes and it’s for all ages.
